What are the advantages of a dedicated bank account for bank transfer payments and how to activate it?

Depending on your volumes/the part of incoming bank transfers in your payment instruments’ mix (in general pretty high for example for crowdfunding platforms), you might want to subscribe to our dedicated bank account offer !

A dedicated IBAN (bank account owned by Lemon Way but whose bank details are not shared with any other partners/are only known from your platform) allows to:

Maximize credited amounts - incoming bank transfers received from your clients with no reference to your platform/company name (that we can therefore not identify when received on our common bank accounts) are not “lost” and therefore returned by Lemon Way to the issuers
Optimize crediting processing time - incoming bank transfers received on dedicated IBANs are processed in priority. The list of incoming bank transfers that could not be matched/are in a pending status are sent to you twice a week (vs. once a week for common IBANs), so that you can take the necessary actions (ex : missing ID document in the beneficiary payment account) for a faster crediting

In case you wish to subscribe to this service, don’t hesitate to contact us (Submit a New Request button located in the Header of the Lemon Way Support Center), so that one of our Fantastic Business Developers can get back to you with a pricing proposal.
