Is it possible to cancel a Money-Out request?

An outgoing bank transfer request that has not yet been executed can theoretically be cancelled by Lemon Way under a “best effort” principle (no guarantee of success), until 10:45AM on D (D = business day/Paris time), subject to a reasonable notice period (phone call to +33 1 48 18 19 30 with written confirmation indicating the concerned Enterprise environment as well as the transaction iD, through the Submit a New Request button located in the Header of the Lemon Way Support Center).

After that time, Lemon Way still can contact its bank to ask for a “recall” of the outgoing bank transfer, with absolutely no guarantee of success.

This - fully - manual process is charged equ. 30.00 EUR per request, regardless of the outcome (success or failure).
