What to do in case of a fraud suspicion?

If you suspect a fraudulent behavior on your platform, we invite you to contact us quickly (Submit a New Request button located in the Header of the Lemon Way Support Center) and to provide us with as much info as possible (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.), so that our fraud experts can investigate and get back to you with their conclusions/recommendations/actions.

We recommend that you do not inform the concerned client/cardholder of your suspicions, so as to avoid jeopardizing the investigation (you can still block money-outs for this client and mention a technical issue in case of questions).
