What are the main card chargeback reasons?

Card chargeback reasons (systematically indicated in the SDD return transaction in your LW environment) are listed below: 

MAIN CARD CHARGEBACK REASONS

Transaction not recognized

Disputed transaction

Fraudulent operation/stolen card

Services not rendered or merchandise not received

Defective goods or goods other than those specified

Recurring operation cancelled

Operation not authorized


Chargeback reasons “quality” may vary from one cardholder bank to the other. LW does not have additional info to be shared with you and cannot contact the cardholder bank in case you feel that a reason is incorrect/unclear.
