How to whitelist a static IP address on the Enterprise Back-Office/the API and what to do in case of dynamic iP address?

You have the possibility to whitelist static IP addresses on your own on both the test & production Enterprise Back-Office environments through the Tools > Configuration > whitelist IP menu, Add button. These steps have to be followed from an already authorized IP address and using an Admin-type role.
[Only Lemon Way has the possibility to delete IP addresses for which you’ve ticked the Permanent box]

API static IP address whitelisting can only be done by Lemon Way (Submit a New Request button located in the Header of the Lemon Way Support Center).
