How do I refund a customer?

You can refund any of your customers in just one click.

In order to do this, connect to your management interface (https://ecommerce.lemonway.com) and get to the “Transaction History” section.
Select the card payment you wish to refund and click on the “Refund” button (see below, then hit "confirm".

The amount debited on the card used on your website by your customer will be directly refunded on the same card.
