How to find the Ultimate Beneficiary Owners (UBOs) of a company?

According to the FATF (Financial Action Task Force), “beneficial owner refers to the natural person(s) who ultimately owns or controls a customer and/or the natural person on whose behalf a transaction is being conducted. It also includes those persons who exercise ultimate effective control over a legal person or arrangement.”
That is to say, you need to know who you are doing business with, the real person (or group of people) who owns or controls that business.

The beneficial owner is often referred to as the UBO, an acronym for Ultimate Beneficial Owner.
At Lemon Way, a natural person is considered a UBO of a company when it owns more than 25% of the shares of the company.
