How do I whitelist a fixed IP address on the dashboard and what do I do for a dynamic IP address?
To whitelist an IP address on the API, please contact us. A whitelisted IP address will allow you to access both dashboard versions.
Dashboard version 1
You can whitelist any IP address from your dashboard V1 in both test mode or live versions, from the Tools > Configuration > White List IP menu then click Add. This operation must be performed from an IP that has already been authorised, using an Admin user ID.
Dashboard version 2
You can whitelist any IP address from your dashboard V2.
To do this, go to the Configuration > IP address whitelist > whitelist an IP address menu, then fill in the form.
Fixed IP addresses can only be whitelisted on the API by Lemonway.
If you have dynamic IP addresses, we strongly recommend you sign up to a VPN with a fixed IP (e.g. PureVPN, VPN Unlimited, etc.).
