Before signing the contract

During your initial discussion with one of our Sales Team, we provide you with the opportunity of testing our solution by offering you a demo dashboard that will allow you to preview the features of our solution.

Once the contract is signed

After signing your contract, our expert Implementation team will help you to integrate the solution. The first step is to activate your dedicated test/sandbox environment (ISO-production). This environment includes access to the dashboard and the API.
Your test environment allows you to run as many tests as you want. 

What payment methods and currencies are accepted by Lemonway? 

Payment methods

Lemonway enables a complete and comprehensive range of payment methods to be integrated to maximise conversion rates across Europe:

  • Credit/debit cards (CB, Visa, MasterCard)
  • Bank transfers (Sepa Credit Transfers, domestic transfers in foreign currencies, urgent transfers, international transfers)
  • Direct debits (Sepa Direct Debits Core/B2B, BACS Direct Debits)
  • Paylib (France)
  • Bank cheques (France)
  • Pagare (Spain)
  • Sofort (Germany, Poland, etc.)
  • iDeal (The Netherlands)
  • Bancontact/MisterCash (Belgium)
  • Przelewy24 (Poland)
  • Multibanco/MB Way/PayShop (Portugal)
  • Finnish Online Bank Transfers (Finland)
  • MobilePay (Denmark)

Currencies

Lemonway supports a wide range of currencies to suit your business & selected payment methods:

Currencies accepted for incoming funds

  • Credit/debit cards: so-called "strong" currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF, USD, CAD, AUD, JPY), plus 15 other European/international currencies
  • Bank transfers: so-called "strong" currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF, USD, CAD, AUD, JPY), plus 15 other European/international currencies + new currencies can be activated on request depending on your volumes.
  • Direct debits in EUR (SDD Core & B2B)
  • Other means of payment: depending on the country of origin of the local payment method (e.g. PLN for Przelewy24)

Currencies accepted for outgoing funds

  • Bank transfers: so-called "strong" currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF, USD, CAD, AUD, JPY), plus 15 other European/international currencies + new currencies can be activated on request depending on your volumes.

Currencies available for Money-In via credit & debit card may differ from the reference currency of your Company environment.
The Money-Out currency must match the reference currency of the relevant Company environment (several Company environments possible / one environment per currency).

NB: each environment can only accept one currency. If you wish to use several currencies, you will have to create a separate environment for each currency.

What KYB (Know Your Business) documents need to be provided?

Migration to live service is, among other things, subject to the review and approval of your KYB (Know Your Business) documents by our KYC experts:

  • Valid proof of ID of the legal representative of your company
  • Valid proof of ID of each ultimate beneficial owner (owning more than 25% of the shares) 
  • Certificate of incorporation (no older than 3 months) of your company
  • Memorandum or articles of association signed and dated by the legal representative of your company
  • Official signed letter from president with details of company ownership (if not in the memorandum)
  • Company bank statement (PDF) including company name as well as IBAN
  • Registration document of your company to the Financial Authorities of your registration country (depending on your activity type and when applicable)

These documents should be provided as soon as possible to the representative that you signed your contract with.

How do I go live?

Once you are ready to go live, we duplicate your test/sandbox environment to create your live environment.
Your live environment will have the same features (capture mode, 3D Secure, etc.) as your sandbox.

NB: Migration to live service is subject to the following:

  • Signed Lemonway contract
  • Full T&Cs including refund policy and cookie policy, GDPR policy online/easily accessible on your website
  • Full address and intra-community VAT number of your company online/easily accessible on your website
  • Online contact form/email address/easily accessible on your website
  • Lemonway logo and accompanying text (package available here) in the footer of your website
  • Lemonway T&Cs (select your business type here) online/easily accessible on your website
  • Lemonway approval of all your KYB documents
  • Approval of your business/website by our banking partner at Lemonway's request
  • Completed website (e.g. no LOREM IPSUM)
  • Working / user friendly website
  • Representative's Declaration
  • Completed platform integration

In order to make your migration to live service run smoothly, we recommend that you check beforehand that all the above conditions have been met (except for “Approval of your business/website by our banking partner”)
