How do my thresholds work (daily, monthly, annually)?

You can find the default thresholds on your platform in the Annexes to your contract. These thresholds represent limits to the amount and number of transactions carried out within different timeframes, i.e.:

  • Every 24h
  • Each month
  • Each year

If you need to adjust these thresholds, please get in touch with your sales contact. Once adjusted, these thresholds can be quickly modified in your system.

How do I work out the limits and fees for each payment method?

You can find these default limits on your platform, as well as the fees for each payment method in the Annexes to your contract. These are maximum amounts and fees (fixed and variable) for each payment methods, which were agreed when you signed your contract.
If you need to adjust these amounts, please get in touch with your sales contact. Once adjusted, these amounts can be quickly modified in your system.

Will my test/sandbox environment stay active?

Yes, once you go live, your test/sandbox environment remains active. You will be able to continue testing.

Live penny test

When you have set up your live system, and just before you actually process any payments, you can test the correct functioning of payment methods that could not be tested in the test/sandbox environment using small amounts.
