Your test/sandbox environment behaves very much like your live environment.
How does whitelisting work?
Whitelisting works the same way as in production. You can follow the steps detailed in the How do I whitelist a fixed IP address on the dashboard and what do I do for a dynamic IP address? part of our My dashboard: logging in & getting started article.
How do I credit my merchant wallet?
You can credit your SC merchant account online from your test dashboard.
Dashboard Version 1
- Access to your account information from Wallets > Merchants, then click on View on the SC account line
- Once on the page, click on Actions > Submit incoming bank transfer
- Fill in the form that appears (ensuring that you use the correct format, e.g. 154.58), re-enter your password, and confirm by clicking on Submit Bank transfer
- A corresponding entry will appear in the Operations tab immediately.
Which payment methods can I test?
You can test incoming funds using the following payment methods:
- Bank card
- Direct debit (SDD mandate)
- iDeal
- Sofort
- Cheque (simulated entry)
- Transfer (simulated entry)
How do I create a payment account and manually change it to KYC2?
Dashboard version 1
If you wish to update a wallet status, you will need to:
- Go on the wallet page. To do so, you can follow the steps in the How do I view the information for a payment account? part of our article All you need to know about payment accounts
- Once on the wallet details, click on the current status, and select in the drop down menu the status you wish to apply:

How to select and change an IBAN status manually?
Create
IBAN creation works the same way as in production. You can follow the steps detailed in the How do I add bank details to a payment account? part of our All you need to know about withdrawing funds from a payment account article.
Modify the status

If you wish to modify an IBAN status, you will need to:
- Go on the wallet page. To do so, you can follow the steps in the How do I view the information for a payment account? part of our article All you need to know about payment accounts
- Once on the wallet details, click on the Banking Information tab, and IBAN list
- Choose on the drop down menu the status you wish to apply, type your password and confirm by clicking on Save

- Once on the wallet details, click on

- Choose on the drop down menu the status you wish to apply in the Status colomn
How do my thresholds work (daily, monthly, annually)?
You can find the default thresholds on your platform in the Annexes to your contract. These thresholds represent limits to the amount and number of transactions carried out within different timeframes, i.e.:
- Every 24h
- Each month
- Each year
If you need to adjust these thresholds, please get in touch with your sales contact. Once adjusted, these thresholds can be quickly modified in your system.
How do I work out the limits and fees for each payment method?
You can find these default limits on your platform, as well as the fees for each payment method in the Annexes to your contract. These are maximum amounts and fees (fixed and variable) for each payment methods, which were agreed when you signed your contract.
If you need to adjust these amounts, please get in touch with your sales contact. Once adjusted, these amounts can be quickly modified in your system.
Will my test/sandbox environment stay active?
Yes, once you go live, your test/sandbox environment remains active. You will be able to continue testing.
Live penny test
When you have set up your live system, and just before you actually process any payments, you can test the correct functioning of payment methods that could not be tested in the test/sandbox environment using small amounts.
