Refund a Sofort/Klarna transaction

Sofort/Klarna is the leading direct online payment method most widely used in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium. It is a payment method based on wire transfer. By selecting Sofort, e-shoppers are redirected to the secure interface of their online bank in order to proceed to payment.

The merchant receives a confirmation of the transaction in real-time and is able to immediately ship the order to his customers. 

The payment is recorded in real-time on the payment account of the user concerned. The corresponding bank flow is collected by Lemonway's partner PSP (Klarna) and transferred to the bank account designated by Lemonway on a weekly basis.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Operations. A menu unfolds.
  2. Click All.
  3. Search for the transaction ID in the first column.
  4. Click the ID number.
  5. On the Operation details page, click Refund.
  6. Enter the total or partial amount to be refunded, then enter your password for confirmation.
  7. Click Send.

For payments made by Sofort, reimbursement is only possible within 3 months from the initial payment.

 

Refund a Paytrail transaction

PayTrail allows electronic payments to be made to all Finnish banks. These payments can be made by credit and debit card.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Operations. A menu unfolds.
  2. Click All.
  3. Search for the transaction ID in the first column.
  4. Click the ID number.
  5. On the Operation details page, click Refund.
  6. Enter the total or partial amount to be refunded, then enter your password for confirmation.
  7. Click Send.

 

Refund an iDeal transaction

iDEAL is the most popular payment method in the Netherlands. It is possible to make a payment with iDEAL via the 10 largest Dutch banks. The payment method is based on a bank transfer, however, with iDEAL the amount and the beneficiary's account number are already filled.

The iDEAL technical flow is recorded in real-time on the payment account of the user concerned. The corresponding bank flow is collected by Lemonway's partner PSP (Curo Payments) and transferred to the bank account designated by Lemonway on a weekly basis.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Operations. A menu unfolds.
  2. Click All.
  3. Search for the transaction ID in the first column.
  4. Click the ID number.
  5. On the Operation details page, click Refund.
  6. Enter the total or partial amount to be refunded, then enter your password for confirmation.
  7. Click Send.

For payments made by IDEAL, reimbursement is only possible within 99 days from the initial payment.
