A threshold refers to a number of transactions or a transaction amount, per transaction accumulated over a period of time, on a type of payment account for recording transactions. Once the thresholds are exceeded, the transactions will be blocked. It depends on the KYC status of your accounts.
Tools and administration accesses give users permission to make significant changes within your dashboard. Access should only be given to trusted users who need extensive access to your organization.
From the Dashboard, click My account (SC).
- Click the Thresholds tab.
You can find the maximum amount or number of transactions authorised.
💡 You can export the thresholds in XLS format by clicking the file export icon at the table's top-left.
