Accessing invoices

Your invoices are automatically made available in your dashboard between the 1st and the 15th of the following month. You are also notified by email as soon as an invoice is available in your dashboard.


If you don’t see the Invoices option, then you don’t have permission to view invoices. Request access to your account admin. Tools and administration accesses give users permission to make significant changes within your dashboard. Access should only be given to trusted users who need extensive access to your organization.

To access your invoices:

  1. From the Dashboard, click My account (SC). A menu unfolds.
  2. Click Invoices.
  3. Click the eye icon to view them or the Download icon to download them.
